Jake Simpson

Principal

 

Jake comes from a labor and political background. He first knocked doors when he was seven years old for a city council candidate in Covington, Washington and worked on political campaigns throughout his teen years in the 47th District of Washington State.

 

He worked for several years as a union organizer and fought alongside thousands of workers to win concrete changes in their lives through collective actions, boycotts, opposition research, contract enforcement, and political organizing. His time in the labor movement also included training and leading teams of full-time canvassers for local and federal elections.

 

Currently serving as the Mayor of Seatac, Jake first entered the doors of WinPower Strategies as a client - during his race for SeaTac City Council.

 

Jake specializes in candidate coaching and development, organizing tactics, campaign design, and political writing.

John Wyble

Creative Director

 

John has over thirty years of community organizing, political consulting, and creative direction experience. He has worked for most major Democratic elected leaders in Washington State including Maria Cantwell, Jay Inslee, Adam Smith, and Derek Kilmer.

 

He’s the only local Creative Director in Washington State to win both the Reed Award for “Best Local Political Television Ad” and an American Association of Political Consultants Pollie Award for “Best Local Direct Mail”. He has run organizing programs in New Jersey, Iowa, California, New Hampshire and Washington states. 

 

He specializes in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and scoring.

Hillary Gonzalez-Delgado 

Assistant Operations Director

 

Hillary is a Graduate of Raisbeck Aviation High School. She will be furthering her education at Western Washington University. Throughout her high school career, she ran track and cross country. Additionally, Hillary is a boxer, having trained since the age of eleven. Her family hails from Aguascalientes, México but now resides in SeaTac.
